Arclyft for plumbers
Quotes, invoices and jobs for plumbers, from your phone.
Burst geysers and blocked drains don't wait for you to get back to the office. Arclyft lets you quote from the client's driveway, send it on WhatsApp, and turn it into an invoice the moment the job's done.
No card needed. Works in your phone's browser.

Built for how plumbers work
Quote before you leave the site
Add the geyser, fittings and labour, and the total works itself out. The client has a proper PDF quote on WhatsApp before you're back in the bakkie.
Call-outs that don't get forgotten
Log every call-out as a job with the client and address, so nothing slips between the emergency and the invoice.
Know who's on which job
Give your assistants their own login. They see only the jobs assigned to them, and you see where every job stands.
Can I send quotes for emergency call-outs straight away?
Yes. Create the quote on your phone and send it on WhatsApp in a couple of minutes, then turn it into an invoice once the job is done.
Does it work for a one-person plumbing business?
Yes. The Starter plan is built for you and one helper, and every plan starts with a 14-day free trial.
